Orders excluding items from our Fine Jewelry Collection that are placed five (5) days before a promotion are eligible for a price adjustment of percentage based discounts. We are unable to retroactively honor BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotions. Please notify the Customer Care Team of this request within five (5) business days. Orders placed after a promotion are not eligible for a price adjustment. Please include your original order number with your request. The partial refund will be applied to your original form of payment.
