Exchanges are processed within 14 days of delivery to us. All return and exchange items go through a quality control process for an exchange or store credit to be issued. If the order is returned damaged, worn, and/or improperly packaged, a repair fee of 15% will be deducted from your final exchange or store credit amount.
Store credit returns are also processed within 14 days of your return or exchange item(s) being received and quality controlled by our team.
