Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment within 14 business days of the package being delivered back to us. All returned items go through a quality control process for a return to be issued. If the order is returned damaged, worn, and/or improperly packaged, a repair fee of 15% will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Store credit returns are processed within 14 days of your return or exchange item(s) being received and quality controlled by our team.
Once we have processed your return, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your payment provider to process your refund back to your original payment method.
