We ship all orders to the shipping address provided to us by the customer. Once you receive your order confirmation email, please check that your shipping address is correct as Little Rooms is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was inputted by the customer at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an improperly inputted address unless the package is forwarded back to us by the postal carrier. Please make sure to use a trusted shipping address when ordering.
If the shipping carrier notifies us that a shipping address could be incorrect, we will email you for confirmation. We will wait an additional 2 business days before shipping your order to the address provided at checkout.
