Warranty

Little Rooms offers a 1 year warranty on all jewelry from our Fine Jewelry Collection when purchased directly through the Little Rooms website. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. Our warrant does not cover any lost items, accidental damage, or any broken stones or metal due to misuse, impact, falls, negligence, or standard wear and tear. If the item has been handled by a third-party jeweler, including repair, resizing, and engraving services performed by someone other than Little Rooms, this will void your warranty. The only third-party service covered under your warranty is prong tightening. This is a normal part of maintenance for any piece of fine jewelry with a center stone and it is essential to have the prongs of your ring tightened annually. 

If your item gets damaged after your warranty has expired or is outside of the terms of your warranty, please reach out to our Fine & Bridal Team. Once we receive and review all of the details of the damage, our team will provide you with a quote for a repair fee.
