Repairs are subject to a repair fee. This fee covers fully insured shipping both ways. Please contact our Fine & Bridal Team with your name, original order number, request, as well as clear photos of the damaged item. Our team will assess the images and provide you with a quote. Once you approve the repair quote, a prepaid return label will be issued to send the item back to us. Items sent to us for repair must be properly packaged and padded to avoid any further damage to be caused in transit.
